3. Shipping Charges

4. Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking link provided after dispatch.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
Please check your package upon delivery. If any item is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.

At Vaishnavis Mehndi Studio, we take great care in packing every order to ensure your products arrive safely and in perfect condition. We ship across India and strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
All orders are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Please note: Shipping times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Cut-off time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on a working day are typically processed the same day.

Shipping Charges
- Charges are calculated based on order weight and delivery location
- Exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment
- We occasionally offer free shipping on select orders or promotions
- Bulk or wholesale orders may have separate shipping rates
Payment Modes
- Prepaid — UPI, Net Banking, Debit / Credit Card
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for eligible orders
- COD orders refused at delivery may attract a penalty charge
- Prepaid orders are given shipping priority
Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or email. You can use this ID to track your parcel on the courier partner's website at any time.
Your order is confirmed and payment is received successfully.
Items are carefully inspected and securely packed within 1 – 2 business days.
Your parcel is handed over to our courier partner and a tracking ID is sent to you.

Things to Know
- We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
- In case of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will try again. If delivery fails repeatedly, the parcel may be returned to us.
- If your parcel appears damaged or tampered upon delivery, please record a video before opening and contact us immediately.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except in cases of our error.
- During festive seasons or sale periods, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
